I've got a couple of spares in my garage. PM if interested and I'll go dig 'em up.

I left mine on the trailer after filling up, Duh
found it on the road the next day.

It still sort of fit but was pockmarked as it had been run over a hundred times.
Then fell off & lost for good on the next drive

I contacted Defendoor and told them I lost mine due to my own fault & could I please order two more. The reply was that it was 'unconditionally guaranteed" & they sent me another no charge.

cant complain about the service:arms:

I have seen them before and never knew what they were.
I want one for my county now.
Why couldn't you have a little cored in it to hold it when its off and retain it if it fell off. I would see that floating around in my side mirror.
Looked at the web page seems that stuff life chains on your filler cap must have gone in the 80ties.

I lost my AULRO one Fraser last year. Anyone seen it? :(

Is there anywhere I can get an AULRO one?

I see they are only 11.50 or so but it won't have aulro on it. :(

Mine's somewhere on the Tanami, please PM me if found. It's the multilingual "DIESEL" one.

I remember spotting a post a while back where somebody had used a bit of conduit the correct size on one side of the Defendoor, working as a hinge on the side of the opening...

Yeah, that's what I've done. Fiddly to get on but works a treat.
