Has anyone had any experience with Durafix Aluminium Repair Rods?

What was it like to work with? Did it work?

Yes, I have used them on Aluminium tube and sheet.
So long as you use a good clean stainless steel wire brush the results are good.

IMO for general repairs they are good. I do not know how well the welds will last under repetitive stress, but the practice jobs I did broke at the paeent metal rather than the weld.
