Who did you buy them from? See if you can put pressure on them that end as well.
Check the depots. Did the consignment have tracking?

Only times I've had issues with e-go have been when I've arranged the freight from somewhere else, and the other party has been slack with labeling - not attaching the connote securely, and not writing the connote number on the item.
So far nothing has actually disappeared permanently, just got a bit invisible for a couple of weeks.
They do actually look for missing items, so the more info you can give them about what it might look like the better. If you've ever been in a freight warehouse you'll appreciate that a "pallet of XX size" is not much easier to find than a small carton (unless as Dave suggests it looks like pink elephant :p ).

If possible, talk to whoever packed it and find out exactly how they were attached to the pallet, was it a standard pallet with overhang, or a large one, or in a semi-box sort of thing. Secured with steel strapping, or plastic, or ropes etc. Is it possible that the shipment could have come apart from the pallet etc etc. Pass anything and everything you can find out onto e-go, even if you don't think its important as it might just help....

I sent a bullbar through them to a buyer in Victoria, said 3-4 days and took 3 weeks to arrive. The tracking showed it went to geelong which the buyer informed me was about 15 minutes away from them, then sat there and went to some other depot which was a lot further away, and was delivered from there.

I guess the thing is e-go is cheap, so with the cheaper prices there is probably some backloading and delays going on to get more urgent and higher priced freight moved faster.

I had a similar issue with them, it was an item I needed quickly, (as it alway is!), estimated 2 - 3 days from Vic to the SA depot.
There were no scans on the tracking, it eventually took 4 weeks and numerous emails and phone calls to arrive, I actually went to the depot twice as they said it was there, but it wasn't, I think it ended up in Brisbane then Sydney or something like that.
In saying that though I have used them a lot and this is the only problem I have had, and thay always seems to be the cheapest, but I generally collect it from the depot as this saves on average 40%
I am sure your good will turn, but I feel your frustration.

It happens, it turns up in the end, I had a "parcel" dissappear, so I went to the local depot with a con note number and quized the woman, anyhow, she says no, we haven't recieved it

I walked out the office, pointed at literally half a car, (S13 nissan sylvia) and said, I think that may be it

Half a car!:D
