I've just returned from a business trip to Italy and spent some of the time Land Rover spotting (sorry no pictures).
Only a snapshot but ..... Milan on a Sunday I saw 1 Puma, 1 Defender, 3 Freelanders, 1 Discovery 3 and about 25 Range Rover Sports....

Didn't see any old cars (except a Lada Niva) but found that unless a car meets the latest Euro emission levels it can only be driven at certain times. They do have a 'Club system' but the guy I was with didn't know the details. All the old Italian cars end up in Eastern Europe.

Interesting to see the battle scars on the cars in Milan, forget touch parking it looked more like 'impact' parking.

I did see a series 3 shorty but it was on the roof a Land Rover dealer in Brescia !

When i was in Tuscany there were heaps of Defender 90's and Series shortys. That was pretty much what all the farmers had for their farm workhorses.

Ahh...... driving landy's in that beatiful countryside eating the massive 'bistecca' t-bones and drinking copius amounts of wine.

Yep, they love Landys in Italy.

Did you notice that the Italian Police drive around in Discos & Defenders??? ;)
