Hey guys,

I've got a freelander 2 and I know its not much of an over-roader, lacking a low diff and all but I really think it could be improved with a things like good tyres etc.

So anyway, it seems impossible to even get a factory snorkel. ARB don't even make one for the FL2.

Has anyone on this forum done any mods?

Ultimately I'd like a snorkel, chipped ECU, slight suspension lift and and some 17inch steel rims (16" won't fit over the brakes) with some MTZ or something along those lines...

So whats out there or where can I hunt for FL2 parts?

Thanks

Hey brunkerboy. Welcome to the forum!

Obviously the FL2 is not modified as often or to the same extent as a disco or range rover or defender, due to they're soft roader nature. Hence the relatively little info. Still very capable for what they are tho.

What sort of information are you after?

Cheers

Hey Brunkerboy, there is a member of the LRRegSA who has a freebee 2 and it has lifted suspension and full length underbelly protection plates fitted. It has also got bigger tyres fitted too. Its a fairly capable vehicle actually. It all depends how u drive it.
