Well after my last post I thought what the hell for the price and after talking with our resident GPS expert :D who went out off his way to lend me a loan GPS from his mate, but I was to impatient. Cheers Ranga

Anyway so far so good we took it for a test run out to Glasshouse, Ive changed the Voice to a males as the womans was giving me the s#@ts.

We left it with "dont avoid 4WD tracks" and it took us the back way on a offroad track back home.

We have never owned another GPS so cannot compair but the missus has used it a few times and thinks its good.

Ive done a search and so far all the Hema tracks that are on the PDF are built into the unit just not Topo maps "only tracks".

Anyway after a little google searching I decided to unlock the Navman to run MioPocket so I bought a MicroSd card and downloaded the MioPocket 4.0 ver 68 to the card and WOW WOW this just changes the whole unit.

Still experimenting by no means am I a expert but looking forward to installing/downloading more maps.
