Thanks to SWMBO for the Purchase of , at a very good price .$500 ,only used once by a little Ol lady etc etc.
Tank has only been filled twice in its life , then removed from Demo vehicle.
Anyway, its a bit of Jigsaw , no directions came with it on how to pipe it up.
The mounting is obvious , but Im not sure how to pipe/hose it up ? It is a gravity feed type arrangement , no pumps .
Would anybody recognise this tank ? Said to be 110L,with a serial number of OBT L22 16944 BD , picked it up in the Perth area
Ive enclosed some photos , with the pipework supplied with the tank .
Perhaps its piped by going from the filler to the Aux tank and then to the standard main tank .Only guessing here !!!So if anyone can tell me how to pipe it up ,fill, return and breather , would be much appreciated !!!

Looks exactly the same as my 92 litre from opposite lock right down to the serial number very similar to yours. Mine has OBT L 22 but can't read the rest as its blocked from my view.

Looking at my tank the outlet from the long range tank flows straight into the top of the factory tank. The filler goes into the long range tank. No pump as it's gravity fed. My D4 tank has a non return valve which is apparently standard to prevent file flowing out if inlet is torn off. It seems when I fill the long range tank it over flows to the factory tank. Seems to fill no slower than it did before the long range tank went in.

Hope this helps.

Funny though....first fill was 175 litres (both tanks).....and still had fuel in the factory tank. Opposite lock still claim that it was only 92 litres.
Looks as though you are in WA ? I am 17kms south east of Perth so you are welcome to pop over and have a look.

Just happy to offer you a look. We go south on Tuesday until the 1st of Jan. More than welcome to pop over before that as not really going anywhere until then. Or anytime after out return. Happy Christmas.

Good buy,
Just can't see the replacement filler neck.

Good buy,
Just can't see the replacement filler neck.

Factory neck is used to fill the long range tank. The factory tank is then filled with a new pipe from the long range tank. He has everything he needs.
