Has anyone got a Tigerz11 roof rack? What do you think? Quality, value etc??
I' looking at getting a full length 220mm alloy rack for my D1.
I like the idea of the rack only weighing 20kg vs 50kg for the steel rack, and for $690 they seem good value.
Any opinions would be good.:BigThumb:

Im pretty keen to find out more about these racks.

At 20kg for a full length aluminium rack that leaves a decent amount of weight available for camping gear.

I searched around google a bit and there were a few results on patrol4x4. Seemed like positive feedback too

Bit of a heads up, Tigerz11 will be selling products direct to the public from March on and will be able to reduce prices. Might be worth waiting 6 weeks:)

I emailed them too and found out that they do the legs for disco's. I was a bit worried that they are made in china and product quality is unknown. I was waiting for someone on the forum to buy one and report :D

having a look at the pics......you can see the quality (or lack of)......in one of the welds of the mesh to the cross rails.....

but if they have the strength to carry my weight without bending whilst i get up there to load and secure down the load......then i will be interested in one too......

not too worried about cosmetics........practicality is more important......

i would like to see it before i buy it......
