Can anyone point me in the direction of a landrover or good wreakers that would have landrover parts.

Apart from the usual need to replace bits after playing I want to have a look at the price of defender brake caplipers to put on my disco

cheers

Give MR auto a call 0732846688. If they don't have it, they can get it. New or used.

The main places ( In addition to MR at Redcliffe, who rank #1)
-AJG spares Acacia Ridge ( Mostly dismantling Disco/Jag)
-Jag/rover spares Kelvin Grove ( Ditto)
-All 4wd spares Archerfield ( Dismantling some Disco/RR)
-FWD motors Yeerongpilly ( New parts only - ie service spares)
google the names and you'll find them

If you're down my way, Burleigh Auto Recyclers are a good bunch. They don't specialise in LR, but they do get them in.

Let us know how you go with the caliper conversion. Will be something I'll probably have to do at some stage!

Once I finally find out which ones to use, find the cheapest ones I can and slide the purchase under the minister for finances radar then I will post up the swap with photos :D

May have to move back up north, I must have left a void in supplying parts for dungas

As Kelvin said, try Greg usually has pretty muh everything and cheaper than that mob who shall remain nameless

Defender calipers are quite hard to find second hand. MR Automotive had some reasonably priced new rear ones if you're looking for rears. Probably British Offroad would be your best bet for defender calipers locally or possibly a wrecker in Hervey Bay as they may have some ex Fraser Island rental vehicles.
I have some rangie stuff.
