I use the 1l bottle of the tectalloy stuff that you can buy from kmart auto, supercheap and pretty much every other auto place in australia. Mix it with fresh rainwater or distilled water.

Shell have a corrosion inhibitor only (not anti-freeze/anti/boil).

Small container, use one in a 4cyl and two in a 6 or 8 cyl. Big W have it on the shelf for under $6.
I tend to use Shell anti-freeze anti-boil in the vehicles I'm actually using and the corrosion inhibitor in the vehicles that are 'being worked on'.

Beware of using OAT (organic acid technology) coolants in older vehicles. Even if it says 'suitable for older vehicles' on the label..... because they mean 4-5 years as being 'older'.

Are you saying it isn't available anymore? Castrol still list it:
Castrol Australia - Cooling System Products (http://www.castrol.com/castrol/multipleproductsection.do?categoryId=8000018&contentId=7000401)

Thats the one I get. one bottle of that and a 15l bottle of water will let you fill a series system twice at the minimum dosage rate for the engine. 2 bottles and the 15l lets you do it twice at the maximum rate.
