As a creative way of getting the message out about a product you're not happy with - this is one way to do it.... :angel:

Yup it looks like he did..

That's the problem with feedback with these types of things... most people do the right thing and leave feedback when something arrives but if you do that you have no chance to add to it or change it later if something (like this) goes wrong.. :(
