Puma gearbox did not go into 6th

Has anyone experienced this??

I have a puma thats got 40,000k on it - 2 weeks ago it just would not go into 6th gear, and the 4th gear gate was very difficult to go through.

The next day, I jumped into the Deefa, and the gearbox was fine. It been perfect ever since.:(

Possibly a selector gate didn't align correctly, would only get concerned if it did it again & again.
One for technical chatter forum?

This happened all afternoon - well for the 3 separate occassions I took it out that arvo - over about 30kms.

The next day, I jumped into the Deefa, and the gearbox was fine. It been perfect ever since.:(
