Hi all,
I recently picked up a low km, manual, diesel, 98 freelander for a reasonable price.
I have since pumped possibly too much money into getting it right.
most recently a diagnostic readout tells me the throttle potieometre is at fault, I replaced it with a used part from triumph/rover spares but it has made no difference, diagnostic readout is identical and fault is unchanged. (throttle sort of wonders, when a gear is not engaged and takes longer than it should to decelerate when shifting gears, it pretty much has a mind of it's own)
Any Input would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.
Alex.
