Salisbury Serial number located

Can anyone tell me where else the serial number might be on a 110 Salisbury rear end.

I've looked with a torch & emery cloth & its not as shown in the picture below.

Im just curious to find what model my rear end came out of & if it originally had drum or disc brakes, as I know my 04 TD5 is supposed to have a rover /p38 type diff. The ABS / TC have been retrofitted to the Salisbury but looks NQR

Sure it hasn't been painted over?

Try some coarse sandpaper...

It will be somewhere on the axle tube(s).
