I would like to know where they measured the ground clearance at as those low lying exhuasts would be toast after the first outing in the ozzie bush

are they those round things at the junction of say a T section, about a foot round and about 5 inches high?

That's them - are there any still in captivity ? haven't seen one for years.

Yes, I think there are still some in the back streets of Sydney.

I'll be sure to take a photo if I ever see one again.

I remember seeing them in small towns NSW on the way to SA from QLD....thinking jebus...imagine hitting one of those puppies. :eek:

There's quite a few around in Dubbo. I often do quick swerve to miss them :D

All it needs is 2 fake chrome exhaust stacks and RM Williams Mud Flaps and it's good to go.

thats just a fancied up FJ40/45!!
Look at that door!, the kick vent is replaced with a fancy vent, have a look its an FJ45 theyve cut and buggered around with! (yes the exhaust height is stupid!)

Maybe 4wders should design cars, THEN allow the designers to try and 'pretty them up'
