As I have converted quite a few of these for other people, I can recommend the Bosch WR7DC+ plug with 0.7 to 0.8mm gap. They usually go well for around 30,000 km so long as your engine doesn't burn much oil. (They don't go well with oil-burning deposits.) It is extremely rare to need to replace one of these earlier than 20,000 km.
