I got mine from Gwyn Lewis in the UK, couldn't tell you how much as bought a heap of stuff at the same time. May not be strictly legal in Aus as they won't have Australian standards compliance.

Our local bearing/brake place makes ours, we take the old one down, to suit whatever vehicle, and they do make any length:)
Too far for you I know, maybe ask one near you :)

Whoever you find that does 'legal' hoses (ADR approved) the hose should use a 0.040" wall thickness teflon liner.
Goodridge, Earls and Aeroquip make excellent stainless braided -3 hose, and try and use the coated hose as it reduces the chances of chafing.
Competition Friction in the ACT are the Oz distributor for Goodridge, Earls are in Silverwater, Sydney.
They should be able to give you a list of nearer supplier/assemblers.
IMO the ADR legal necessity for crimped end fittings is a nonsense as re-usable compression fittings are the worldwide standard in aircraft and mororsport braking and hydraulic systems, but that's probably the only way the authorities can control quality standards and it's just the way it is.
