Comming home today from Esk somewhere, I found this for sale on the side of the road. Came home showed the cheese and kisses and reminded her it was Valentine Day tomorrow. Dont think it will happen even though I told her she would fall in love with it once she saw it.:D

Just about to get a camping trailer we have put off for 2 years, may not live through another delay.

Very tempting, even has a small brass sign over the LR one from the Brisbane dealer who originally sold it, Annand And Thompson. Very cool.

Sorry, did not look, had a semi catching up with me in convoy and just grabed a couple of photos and ran. Did not look under the hood but looks very original apart from the roof frame. Even 2 of the seats are in fair condition. Handbrake lever did not look right but all other stuff original. Crank still behind seats, spare wheel not original, bolted to tail. Only headlights original in that dept, not sure about roof. PM me with email and tomorrow when I get home can send other photos. Might be just the wrong timing for me.

And it comes with something every Land Rover needs - its very own trailer to get it home with because it doesn't go...???:p:wasntme:

But seriously, I would take it home and give it to my missus - she has said more than once that if I bring another vehicle home she will leave - could be cheaper to own the Landy in the long run...

I broke up with the missus today.

On the other hand, I got my new roof console installed in the 110 and it's awesome.

Every cloud has a silver lining....

Inc, if you look to the top left corner of every post it will tell you what year it is...

should you be on the forum whilst you are suffering from this "confusion?":angel:

(I think you should get it for the missus and call it "cupid"!)

Just to let all know it is not what it seems in case someone thinks it is a genuine 1950 series 1;)

Have had photos e-mailed to me, and it isn't as there were no 86" in 1950 and there are other things not right with the vehicle. Don't get me wrong if someone wants a nice looking series 1 it may be right for you;) just giving you all a heads up if interested in the vehicle:)
