I've had a tricked out 2 seater 90 with a 4.6 V8 for 16 years - but I've sold it. It's been everywhere in NZ, done the toughest tracks and always got me home. Had some great adventures, camped out, hunted and fished all sorts of places.
..but times change and so yesterday I picked up a brand new, white 110 puma - which will fit the kids, be economical, and generally sensible. First new car I've ever owned! The kids love it - especially the rear seats.
but it won''t be the same - I'll miss the rumble of the V8, and the crackle on overrun, and looking in the rear view mirror and only seeing the Ridgeback with his head out the window.
Wonder how long I can hold out before I modify the 110 :D
