Gday All,

Just curious to see if would be any interest in prawns at the moment.

The company that I work for has 10 boats working in the same fishery as me and have some stock left over.

They would be Endeavour prawns count is 10/20 so it an in-between size to the 2 sizes that we offer.

They are packed the same way in 3kg boxes, and I would need to have similar amounts to what I normally need to make it viable say (9 x 9kg boxes)

Prices would be $45 per 3kg box.

I would be looking at having them in Perth by end feb..

Let me know if Interested.

Cheers Ean

We are still getting through the bugs and the last of the prawns (which are delicious by the way... made paella with some bugs and prawns last night), but might be able to drum up some interest.

Sorry Ben, only just realised you got back to me. I didnt plan on doing a brisbane order, but can look at it..I would have thought Brisbane would have a supply of prawns readily available.

From what dad has told me, your prices are very competitive with Brisbane prices, and yours have been better quality in the past. If you can manage a brisbane order, I would be in for 4x3kg at least.

No worries Ben, I will do some checking with Toll, then look at offering to brisbane..

Gday All,

Sorry I haven't posted recently as I have a slight problem, so this is the short version.

The place that holds our freezer stock has gone into recievership, and I cant access any stock before Mon 27th.

I had planned on sending Perth stuff on Mon 27th, so depending on what time on 27th I can get it out , it could or could not make this truck.

So would it being sent on the following Mon 5th march to arrive on the thurs 8th be suitable.

Let me know what you think.

Cheers Ean

Gday All,

OK what we will do is close off the orders on saturday, and if I can get them on Mondays truck, I will invoice everyone on Monday night, as the bank acc details will be different to last times.

If I miss the truck, we will deal with it after that.

Cheers Ean.

Gday All,

Can I get an update on orders please, I really think it will have to wait till monday week, as I think I may have to speak to Toll about freight as I think we are only around 4 x 9kg boxes ATM.

Gday All,

Well this is the plan, I intend to send the prawns on this mondays truck ( 12th ), so everyone will be able to pick them up.

I have had a look and also a taste of these prawns, and altho they come from the same fishery there presentation I believe is not as good as mine, so they are now going to be $40 per 3kg box. They do taste pretty good tho.

Some of my regular customers made the same comment, so its something I will be interested in hearing back from you guys also.

So can by friday I have your final counts please.

I will invoice them out after friday.

Cheers Ean

Have only just finished the last lot Ean.

These are smaller than I thought they would be. Presentation is not too bad though. Will probably try the first of them on the weekend.

Tried the first of the new batch of prawns last Sunday. They certainly taste fantastic. Easily as good as the prawns from your trawler Ean. I would happily buy them again.

I think part of the issue I emailed you about size is the way they are packed. Some boxes have very large prawns on top, others have small (but presumably have larger ones further down).

Gday Ben,

As I said , 10/20 grade is the worst as far as sizing goes, and after many years of selling to people like yourself, we opted for the u/15 and 15/25 that way the size difference is very easy to see.

Good to hear you are happy , when you guys want more let me know.
