Anyone able to tell me the torque setting for the nuts that secure the ACE link pin arms to the brackets on the rear differential?

(for anyone curious, the shiney bracket is part of the LRA 4" spacer kit)
From what I have read is seems 100nm is the advised setting, but this seems excessive when it's only a small torq bit holding the threaded stud secure? Advice please?

The Torx bit doesn't take the full torque. The bolt largely holds itself when there is pressure on it, the torz bit will just assist it. I'm not sure what the torque is, but they are done up pretty tight! Its probably more important for that bolt to be done up tight to maintain sheer rather than bending forces through the screw thread - note the top ones are half as tight but little bending force.

I put the torque wrench on an the stud just spins with the nut.
Used a spanner and a Sidchrome torque bit and twisted the torque bit all up.
Not sure how I can get it tight? Slide the rubber boot back and use locking jaw pliers to hold the stud?

Just found this old unanswered thread as the first result when I was Google searching the answer again tonight. Thought it would be worth an updated post with the details given it's position in the search results and that I can use it myself for future reference. IAW Rave (note that Rave doesn't seem to have a section that actually covers these but it is included as part of the ACE Actuator Removal and Installation processes), for the front and rear ACE link pins, the torque settings are:
* top nut - 50NM
* bottom nut - 100NM
The old genuine ones can be a bugger to do. I've found using a through socket set (e.g. P2025_2.jpg (https://www.kincrome.com.au/images/ProductImages/500/P2025_2.jpg) ) and torx key the easiest way to tighten them, once tight, they will often hold so that the torque wrench can be put onto them. Most new ones, including Delphi OEM spec have a flat on the other side that a standard open ended spanner can be used to tighten them - much easier to torque to spec.
