Nanocom Evolution for P38s

I'm thinking of buying a Nanocom Evolution for my Motronic P38 but would like to hear members' feedback first. Maybe there is a better option?

Any members got one of these and what can it do or not do?

For $470 it seems good value. BBS claims it will read all system codes in a P38 as well as clearing faults, changing parameters etc.

What do you all think?
