After not being able to find a decent local supply of some parts needed to refurbish some of the wiring on my swb I now carry a supply of Lucas style single and double female connectors as well as the needed brass bullets that suit crimp and/or solder.
also on a its way is some lucas colour coded trace wire/cable including
blue/white, blue/red, green/white, green/red, red/white, red/black
wire is 2.00mm2 and is rated for 17.5 amps and has 3.3mm outside diameter
also coming very shortly is some 25amp 2.00mm2 cable in the blue/white, blue/red combination for headlight looms in lucas colours.
yell if you need something similar and i will see if i can supply.

I wish I'd known, Dave. I'd have given you a box.

Today mine arived from a Triumph mob in the US of A. I had been looking for a while too. Female connectors. Solder bullets, and the ones you poke the wires through and bend them over outside for S1 D lights etc.
Didnt know you were doing them or I would have waited.

some, not all
and what he has, he doesn't have in big numbers a lot of the time
he doesn't keep stock of the trace wire in any length, most of the time he has to send away for it which can take some time if you want more than a metre or so.
he does have a great range of bendix springs for old starter motors btw
been up to see him a few times in the last few weeks, nice guy and very knowledgeable.
