4wheeler

Hi Everyone,
I have just purchased some Terrifirma RVS beedlock rims for my 2007 Defender. These are sold here, the U.K. (obviously) and USA for Defender. All sites including Terrafirma list these as +20mm offset but they are actually ET 10 (+10mm). The normal offset for the Defender is +33. Correct me if I am wrong, but that is what the standard Boost alloys are.

Can I legally fit these in Victoria as I am concerned about the wheel track change. I have spoken to 3 tyre dealers who have all said they will be fine provided the tyres don't extend past the wheel arch. I'll be fitting 265/75/16 BFG KM2 tyres. I am not so sure if it will be legal. Any help here would be appreciated as I think the wheels would look good once fitted.

Thanks in advance for any help/opinions.
