Woke up this morning to find that some pleasant individual thought it would be acceptable to help themselves to my UHF aerial. So if anybody is offered a grey 1200mm 6.5db GME whip with no cable and a small amount of damage round the base, please kindly inform the seller that I hope they are involved in a freak accident where they lose the use of their fingers, therefore rendering them unable to steal anything else.

A few years back , some lowlife decided to help themself to 1 of my windscreen wipers... I guess I should be happy they only took 1 not both.

Quite odd in a way, since they don't have the base, but not so odd, since there are some very strange people about.

Just curious - was this outside a suburban house, in the driveway, etc?

Oh they do have the base as well, just not the cable. And yes it was parked on my drive in a suburban area and my stupid dogs never heard a thing!!

not that this has anything to do with your theft but the weirdest thing I had stolen was a front gate from our block in Howard Springs in the NT :eek: and they only took one of them not both?
