Hi All

Looking at ordering a roof console in the next couple of weeks. I am getting a single din hole for the UHF, but wondered if many are still using 27meg cb's like some trucks.

I can order the console with another din unit hole, so it is now or never. All comments appreciated.

In theory they still have some value for longer distance comms than UHF - but I never bothered to transfer mine from the old RR to this one. The UHF is all I carry.

If you do go down the AM path, grab a SSB set. :cool:
