Hi All, Im going to post a Big Thankyou on this site before too long for All the Help i Have got from here, and the job is nearly finished. My last problem is my Header Tank does not have a Level Full mark on it. Can anyone tell me where the Full mark should be on the Header Tank Please?

Open the cap of the header tank and look inside.
There is normally a plastic cross shaped post you can see below the cap.
Fill with coolant until the post is just covered and that's full.
FYI, my 300Tdi normally runs a few millimetres below the top of the post.

Hi 1disco.
My 300 Tdi level sits at the join in the header tank, if it's over filled it always goes back to this level & stays there.

I have looked at a few sites and spoken to TR and it seems unanimous the level is the joint in the tank .

The cross is pretty much level with the join. Too much can't hurt as it'll spit the excess out.
