Basically yes. Depending on the years of each you may need to change the strikers on the door shut panel.

Re-use the Defender hinges.

It's what I'm doing to get proper land rover handles for my 110. Managed to score a decent set of fronts, just need new skins put on. And I got the strikers for the door frames too. Not bolted them in place yet though.

As indicated, yes, strikers need to be changed, and you will have to adapt the door check, depending on whether Series 2/2a or 3.
