Disco 3 rear tail gate won't open

Hi guys
As per title. I have tried the master lock / unlock hold and i can hear the actuator but the rear door won't budge. Tried unlocking / locking etc. Any way I can open it manually?

search bud,, theres a heap of threads about this,,, you will need to buy a actuator tho, the hook on the cable will of broken, basicly u need to pull the lower tail gate trim back
