How do you remove plastic screws for grille?

I don't want rip/break and need to replace these plastic inserts that hold grille onto car.
Any tips on how to remove?

Not sure what you're trying to remove. But if you want to get the grill off for access remove the screws on the top and the sides near the headlights and the whole grill (black and grey) section comes off real easy.

Thanks. All done but those plastic inserts/screws I had to bang out with a hammer?
