My deefer is is about to get some much needed work dont to it, and seeing as i need to do the thrust race and clutch fork (pulled thru) i may be best to do the whole clutch while im in there. I have a new master and slave already, but im interested to hear what the best clutch kit (that comes with fork and spigot bush) is. Ive heard that a 130 HD clutch is the go, but im unsure?

I will be doing at the same time:
Timing Kit
Diff pinion
rocker cover gasket
gearbox and transfer seal and gasket kit (it leaks like a sieve, so i picked up a gasket and seal kit for both)
New belts
New Hoses
Set the valve clearence

Is there anything else i should be doing while im in there poking about? Waterpump maybe? If yes do i go Aftermarket, OEM or bearmach? as the price varies from $30-180 depending on what i go with.

It is a 95 300tdi/r380 defender hard top with 290k kms,
Cheers

clutch is oem Valeo for the 130 tdi, do not use a local one like pbr etc, the valeo one isn't expensive.

HA! Very funny you two:p:p:p

Exedy sports tuff/ outback extreme clutch are good ones, BUT put a lot of load on the clutch fork pivot and the thrust bearing carrier. You will be loaded up from what I remember so if you go for one of these, spend as little time with the foot on the clutch as possible, IE don't ride it at intersections etc.
