Wheel Studs

Hello All

Well I managed to brake a front wheel wheel stud. I called Lance Dixon (figuring it is a wheel stud, how expensive can they be right?) and was told that I can't buy the individual stud, and a replacement hub assembly will be $650 + gst.

So does anybody out there know where I can get a replacement stud (or if its even possible to replace only one stud!)

You can replace individual studs. PM if a wrecker can't supply you one.

Land Rover don't sell replacement wheelstuds for the Discovery II, you have to buy a complete new hub assembly.

However, they do sell replacement wheelstuds for the P38 Range Rover, which are the same as the Discovery II.

The P38 wheelstud is Part No. FTC2057

There is a mob in Seaford that wrecks Discoveries.
They advertise on ebay a lot.
PM me if you can't find them. I have their details somewhere. I bought a towbar from them.
