I just got some wheels delivered from the UK and wanted to say how easy it was - i think a few members here have done it.

I bought some wheels for GBP200 off ebay - there were 5 wheels, no tyres. Original landrover 17" wheels.

Then I organised for a courier to pick them up. I used Transglobal:

Transglobal Express - Cheap Parcel Delivery with UPS, TNT & DHL International Courier & Worldwide Parcel Delivery Service | International Couriers (http://www.transglobal.org.uk/)

you can create an account with them even if you are not in the UK. You put the package details in and it gives you a few quotes. Be careful which one you choose because some of them aren't true international "door-to-door" services. I chose UPS express and it cost GBP280.

You book the pickup and they generate some labels to download which you can send to the seller and they stick on the boxes.

It was collected in the UK on a Monday and was delivered to my door in Sydney the following Tuesday - not a bad service. It is also trackable online.

So all up, including miscellaneous stuff it cost me about GBP500/A$800 to get 5 wheels here. I assume wheels + tyres would be extra.

Cheers
Lucas
