Hi all

I've ordered a new Disco Fuji White HSE with premium ice, e-diff and high beam assist. Can't wait!

Build date is 5 May and dealer is claiming delivery in early August.

From my research, I'd suggest that July would be more realistic based on two weeks to put on the boat, six weeks to ship, two weeks to clear customs and deliver. Am I off the mark?

Gut feel is my dealer is under promising (which I dont mind).

My D4 arrived 3 weeks earlier than quoted by the dealer. Even when it arrived at Fremantle, he still maintained the same date....

Best to fear the worst and hope for the best.

Re arrival time, I'm going to suggest your dealer has monthly sales targets and so your sale, plus others are all part of a big numbers game for them. You'll get the car when it suits them for maximum bonus on sales (= final payments), not necessarily when it's available.

I hope that's not the case - will be all over them with tracking data if it is.
