Can anyone tell me if I can fit 255/60 R18's to my D2A Classic without fouling or running foul of the law :o
Currently running 255/55R18s (OEM) and in need of new tyres.

I doubt the law would be your problem,,

According to qld Transport overall tyre size can increase by max 15mm..so at 11mm I'm ok, at 25mm I'm bust.

ummm,bugga
the other thing i found out is if you have a vehicle that has tyres larger diameter than 15mm legally registered in another state, then come to Qld for a drive, you could be in trouble.
How rediculous!
There is hope though, apparently they are going to a national regulation eventually and it will be 50mm,but when this happens is anyones guess.

I ended up going with the 60 series too on mine. Never scrubs out. Speed cameras leave me alone even though my Speedo is now out.
