The reason for the trip was to put some miles on the clock, I ve probably done over 200 miles since the rebuild. It was a lovely day for the trip. The rest of the trip you can probably imagine, 200 miles along the bitumen in a series 2a with all its rattles and klunks at approx 50 mph. Here are some photos to help put you in the drivers seat.

First and only problem,the spare wheel came loose

Everything overtook me

I did manage to overtake a pushbike

I went pretty good up the range

Single lane from Toowoomba to Oakey , I held up a bit of traffic

Coming back was pretty much the same as going there ,except I was a bit faster down the range
