Wraparound Nudge Bar STC 50022/23

Hi All;

I just picked up a second hand Wraparound Nudge Bar STC 50022/23, unfortunately it does not have the mounting kit with it; does anyone know where I might pick the mounting kit up from? I have attached a file of the kit.
