Heater Issues

Howdy all...

As some of you may know i have recently purchased a Diesel L322 (2003) and i have found the heater to be a slight let down...

The hot air seems to blow fine and hot out of the rear vents, however the front ones just whisper out a slightly warmer then ambient temperature... is there something i am missing in the configuration or is there more then likely a plumbing issues? :(

I know this may sound obvious, but have you moved the slider under the lock button on the central vents to show red dots?

It does sound obvious... and after checking, you were right! i had a feeling i was missing something.
