New? Hydraulic Winch

Just seen an ad for a Runva 12000 lb hydraulic winch. No idea if any good but given the recent threads on this subject - a possibility? Says $1,500 with dyneema rope, $1,400 with steel. Am about to check weight etc if specs are available.
