Hi,

So once I get the bar on I'll be aiming to wire in the UHF. But I'm slightly curious about the options for cables now as I already have Traxide battery isolator kit for 12v power to rear tow hitch running through the lower driver's foot well fire wall hole (what a f8ck that was to get in place) and I have the EBC power feeds running through the upper drivers side fire wall hole. (I think another one of Sniegy's wizzard instructions)

What's left for the UHF aerial and +/- cables?? and if I'm planning ahead, spot lights? (hoping for some more Sniegy magic here!)

cheers,

Some options, as you already have +/- via Traxside in the rear couldn't you power the UHF off that cable that has already been run? I have done something simialr with a DIY install and a second battery in the rear footwell.

For Antenna I have a Mobile Phone Antenna on the roof rack that is cabled through one of the rubber grommets above the rear door.

Hey mate
Would love to give you some good news but....don't even try on the passenger side, the CJB sits against the firewall & has hundreds of cables running from/to it. One forceful move could cause heaps of problems long term.

For the power supply I picked mine up from the power sockets in the centre console, no need to run cable outside :)
The aerial will fit in the original hole near the brake booster as there is a fair amount of room.

Another option you might want to consider is putting a fuse box under the drivers seat and branching all your 12v electrics off that.
