Hello
1st, spacers are illegal
2nd, a lift only changes the static ride height... It will theoretically still stuff up into the guard (spring rate can influence flex). So you'll be doing some rear guard cutting to fit 31's..(back edge - Search "Camel Cut")

Yes, you can get spacers in a few different sizes.

I have 275 / 70 R16 on all four corners already but when on full lock the front wheels rub on the inside. That is why im after spacers also want to change to 31' muddies

Have you tried adjusting the steering stops?
I have 245/75's which are 30.5" diameter and a minor adjustment to steering stops fixed that.
275/70's are 31.2" diameter.

Get the original steel rims flipped (offset ) and then fit flares or get 15" rims which will have greater offset anyway and put 31/10.5/15's on them.
You will still need a " camel cut " to clear the guards on the rear.

Nope, standard suspension on my Disco.
Upon flexing the rear wheels upwards, it was obvious the tyre would hit the guard, so I did a camel cut.
I checked the front wheels at full lock and technically wasn't touching the radius arm, however the LR spec for it from memory was 20mm, which it wasn't. So I adjusted the steering stops to give 20mm clearance just in case.
