Bigpond down ??

Anyone having trouble getting onto bigpond.com or telstra.com

Ive bought a new Android phone (Telstra Active) its the only smart phone on the market wit blue tick AND an external antenna port.
Ive been pulling my hair out trying to work out how to get onto my big pond accout & gave up, to find I can't even get onto bigpong with my computer

No wonder !!! is it just me , Vic or National ???

Just got the Defy+ a couple of days ago (also smartphone with blue tick, and antenna port under the cover). Was originally available as outright purchase only, but they just started offering it on post-paid.

My Nexus and PC can log on to Telstra.

Seems like you're doing something wrong. :p

Give their techs a call and see if they can help you out.
