Xenon lights 2002 HSE

Anyone know if its a straight swap to change to xenon lights from standard halogen.Is there any wiring changes.
I have a set bought on ebay,complete with wipers and balast.
Do you have to remove the bumper to get the bottom bolts off.

Are they OEM originals?

My (albeit limited) understanding is that they can be swapped straight over.

You do have to tell the Lighting Control computer that there are HIDs installed though otherwise they don't work and/or flag errors.
