Rear seat for county

Hey all just got a question about putting a seat in the rear of a county it has to be forawd facing,will a seat out of 90 bolt in? And I'd it legal

Best woukld be the back seats from a new 110, i'm sure there'd be some of them around, they will probably need some brackets made, and then they would have to be engineered to be legal, i believe
