Hi Ivan,
Thanks for the offer, I got a set from paddocks, arrived Monday and I'm going to fit them Saturday but was looking for a heads up from anybody that may have fitted a set themselves. My plan of attack is that i'll remove the retaining bolts that are moulded to the plinth and use RIVNUTS in the body work and attach the plinths that way so that I don't need to gain access to the inside of the panel. This should make it easier to remove the lights if needed to. Also, if i'm honest i'm a bit worried about cutting holes in my Rover.
Did you fit them yourself?
Cheers, Nino

Yes I fitted them myself. Basically I cut a circle of wood to cover the existing hole (NAS hole is much larger). I then fitted it inside the bodywork using the existing screw holes to hold it in place. It already had a centre hole from when I cut it out of the sheet of plywood. Then used this centre hole as a guide for my hole cutter/drill to drill the new NAS hole. I then placed the NAS plinth over the hole and marked where the mounting bolts needed drilling. You need a big centre hole as the NAS light fitting protrudes through the back of the plinth (if you use the correct plugs). Once you have wired them up and tested them I then fitted heatshrink over the connectors/plugs to keep them dry. If you don't waterproof the ones at the bottom of the wing they will get covered in crud and will fail pretty quickly (ask me how I know!!).
My setup at the rear is like this :-
O Indicator
O Brake/Side light
OO Fog and reverse light
I also fitted 20W bulbs in the front side light, makes it much brighter and I can drive round a campsite without my full headlights on.
HTH
