It would be great if SETI was to find something out there, but I doubt it. This book...RARE EARTH by Peter Ward & Donald Browntree....explains in the best scientifically detailed research, how our Earth was formed and the development of advanced animal life and outlines the rare possibility of another planet in this whole universe being able to replicate or even closely achieve the life existing on this planet......unless life is found to exist in completely different circumstances as we know it.
