The TC has its own drain plug but where is the filler?
I WAS under the impression its oil was separate from the GB as the manual specifies individual capacities rather than combined.
Not so??

Yes, it is separate. Filler/level plug is the square ended plug on the back, just to the left of the handbrake drum.

yep, lay on your back under the vehicle looking up at the Tcase with your feet/legs under the front axle
theres a square drive bung in there, thats the fill level plug
to fill....
remove the center seat, remove the plate, remove the top access plate, remove the fill/level plug
pour oil into the rectangular hole till it comes out the fill/level plug (poor slowly if you've drained it the foot takes a minute or so to fill).
done.

I think this is the beastie.
So! The TC is L-shaped as far as the oil reservoir is concerned. I should have used the Power of Lateral Thinking!

It's called a resto!
Are LR resto's not authentic unless I use a big trowel to apply mud & cow dung after installing the mechanical components?
