When I restored my first Series One in about 1983 or so Dad gave me a nice LandRover tyre guage that was 'liberated' from the tool kit of a Forests Comission Series One as it was getting swapped for a new Series 2 sometime between 1958-60 from memory.
I've never seen another one since, just wondered if they were a coveted item or are they unknown.
Just out of curiosity I just checked ebay UK & found another one, what's the chance of that, perhaps they are more common than I think.
