Sony Power Supply Schematic Required

This is a very long shot but would anyone have a schematic diagram for a Sony APS-139 p/n 1-468-611-11 switching regulator?

Used in the Sony UYS100 and Konica RX-III film scanners and the Sony UPDR10 and UDPR100 photo printers.

The power supply in my UYS100 will no longer start up and I'm no expert in switching power supplies. I can't see any blown capacitors. I have ordered an ESR meter so I can check them all.
