Yesterday I needed a fishing fix.
Headed over to Mandurah to my favorite spot on the Dawesville Cut for a bit of landbased fishing.
If the Blowies arent around its a reliable spot for King George Whiting and many other bread and butter fish.
Unfortunately the Blowies were thick yesterday:mad::mad::mad::mad:.
Still I enjoyed the pleasure of trying to cast over them, and poping those that got landed.
Did catch a couple of small Flounder, some small Skippy,a small Tailor, several Salmon Trout(Juvenile Australian Salmon),all of which were returned.Did bring a couple of Herring home for the bait freezer.
The weather was excellent, would have been a great day to take the boat out.
Enjoyed myself thoroughly.
